Ma chere,

i am writing you this letter in my head, as i am laying here on this bed. You will ask me what i am doing? If i went back to my old profession? Oh no, ma chere. I am a protegé now. Monsieur Baron de Fays. Oh he has a lot of money and a new toy. He has been playing for weeks with that toy. It makes some sort of pictures. It takes time and I am cold, and hungry and I have to — of course — be naked so he can make this pictures of me. I have seen a few. Not bad, but not what I imagined. I almost feel like a prisoner on this bed, laying lascivious like this, pretending to be smiling. Ugh. I can’t wait for this to be done, and to be with you the love of my life, my dear Amelie. I miss you, I am never cold with you, I am never hungry.

I hope he is done soon today I have been naked for hours. I can’t believe it, we are already in the 19th century and it is still fashionable to pose without clothes, like 200 years ago.

I hope to be with you soon, dear Amelie, I miss you, and I adore you.
